LJK Advisors is led by Len Kareska. Len is a well-known, and highly regarded, corporate real estate executive with long established connections throughout the industry. Throughout most of his career Len has functioned as an “in house” corporate officer responsible for meeting his company’s expansion objectives. In that role he has directed the growth of concepts such as P.F. Chang's and California Pizza Kitchen during their periods of intense expansion. He brings that long range “in house” perspective to his client’s expansion effort.
